Tony Colon Jr. is the person you want when looking for a home. It's been about 8 months since Tony helped us find our dream home. What I can say about our experience is that Tony really listened to us when we were searching. Knowing that driving distance for my wife and staying local to family was important to us, he made sure to find homes that matched our search criteria. Some more detail: Jerry will meet your needs (e.g. time to meet, location); he will ask a lot of great questions to nail down what you're looking for (which is critical when there are so many options); he will give you honest opinions (yes, this place is great, no, that's not what you're looking for); he will firmly negotiate for you (he's fair, but he's fierce about it, the good kind of fierce); and, most importantly to my wife and me, he is honest, compassionate, and honestly cares about us.

Tony wasn't just our realtor he became part of our family. He listen and really understood what we were looking for when searching for a home to buy. When recommending homes not only did he include features that my wife and I were looking for but, also for my children. He was available by phone and in person when ever we needed anything. What I really appreciated is his honesty when looking at homes and asking prices. He advised us of comps in the area to really gives us understanding of the value of the homes and asking prices.
