Christyne and Allan (husband and wife team) did an incredible job helping my family and I sell and find our dream home in HB. If you're going through a sticky divorce and are forced to sell your home, this is your GO TO GUY! Robert Greever was an absolute Godsend to me during the entire process, acting as mediator and especially keeping me grounded when I was completely exhausted from dealing with a narcissist . There was no middle ground, no compromise, basically zero cooperation at first from the other party even after being court ordered to sell property. Neither his own lawyer nor the judge could get the other party to behave and just do what needed to be done. Robert was amazing and completely genius in his approach and responses to the childish antics that were displayed by the other party ie. "I'm not signing that", "I'm not fixing anything", "I'm not leaving" "I'm not paying the mortgage payment" (you get my point, right?) Robert miraculously was the only person who could get the other party to eventually cooperate. He had the perseverance, patience and tact throughout, and got the home sold before a threat of foreclosure. As far as I'm concerned, he earned 10 Gold Stars!

We can not put into words how great our experience was with Christyne! Our home buying experience was a long one and Christyne was always patient always kind and always professional. She always made time to take us to see new listings, this was key in finding our home. In this market we are sure if she had not moved as fast as she did we would not have our home. She was always available and promptly responded to our calls and emails. She explained everything clearly and we were never unsure of the process. At one point we unfortunately had to pull out of escrow. Christyne was very understanding and supportive. She kept working with us and a little over a year later we found our home. Tony wasn't just our realtor he became part of our family during our shopping experience. He listen and really understood what we were looking for when searching for a home to buy. When recommending homes not only did he include features that my wife and I were looking for but, also for my children. He was available by phone and in person when ever we needed anything.
