Excellent communicator who will make it happen!

Tanya didn't know what she was signing up for when she took us on as clients, but we are so glad she did, because she accomplished the impossible. We were definitely picky buyers and took our time waiting for the right house, but she stayed patient, supportive, and never made us feel pressured. When we finally found our dream home, making the deal happen was complicated because our offer was contingent on the sale of our current home. Thanks to her excellent communication skills and the relationships she built with the other agents involved, everything came together seamlessly. She helped us sell our home (for over asking price) and coordinated both transactions so we were able to buy our dream home and close everything in under 45 days. Even our lender said it was next to impossible, but Tanya never wavered! We are so grateful for her guidance, hard work, and communication, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Tanya's depth of knowledge and experience help to create a partnership her client's can trust.

Tanya helped us find a wonderful home when we were downsizing! She asked us specifically what we were looking for and sent us new houses to check out every day. The first weekend we went looking at our list, she could tell the homes weren't exactly what we wanted after all. She suggested what to tweak in our search and the next weekend we went out looking we found something to love about every house. We ended up making an offer on a home we found that day! She has a professional who can help with landscaping, construction, foundation, painting, etc. Any time we needed something done she had someone who could do it well at an affordable cost. Tanya is responsive and professional and also has a wonderful sense of humor. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. We both recommend her to anyone we hear is looking for an agent!
