On October 24, 2020, I got up enough courage to call the office of Realty One Group. Mary Griffin answered my phone call. She listened thoroughly to my thoughts and the details of the type of dream home I was looking for. She was very eager to help me instantly. The next day, she sent me a listing of homes I would be interested in and then gave me a call. I was hesitate and nervous about looking at any of those homes on that day, but Mary encouraged me to meet her at each them. So there I was viewing each of the homes. The choices of 5 beautiful homes were then narrowed down to 3. Mary has an eye of being very observant and paying attention to details. Then I was stuck between choosing between 2 homes. Mary was very patient with me throughout the entire process. She insisted that we go back to take a look at the homes I struggled to make a decision about. After viewing each of them again, and then listening to her review and knowledge of the background information about the homes, I was then able to make a selection I was very proud of. Mary guided me throughout the entire purchasing process. She kept me up to date about any important information. She is very knowledgeable about her work and may I also add very professional. She made closing on my dream home very realistic for me on December 1, 2020. I truly thank God for her. She has given me quite a few insightful recommendations to enhance my beautiful home. Jimena thought that your work ethic then was better than the other agents we dealt with and that your tenacity and desire to stay in touch was reason enough to give you the opportunity to represent us in our purchase. Your ability to share with us homes that met our criteria was helpful. Your freedom in scheduling was also a bonus for us. I, personally, was impressed with your skill in dealing with the sellers agent(s) during a complicated negotiation process. Your calm demeanor and cool hand during a frustrating and confusing moment was important for me. Mary was fantastic. She was always available and made the entire buying process much less stressful. She was incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell she had an abundance of experience in NC real estate transactions. I was extremely fortunate to find Mary off of Realtor.com. I would recommend seeking her out if you are interested in buying or selling. She had my trust throughout the whole process. I typically do not endorse particular businesses or people, but she did such an outstanding job I hope other people in my position have access to her. If you would like a stress free transaction I would recommend Mary with out any reservation. You are getting worse service if someone else is acting as your real estate agent.

This was my first time selling a house and tried it on my own at first. That did not go well and decided to interview several realtors. I found Mary to be the most seasoned and professional of all the agents we talked to. She was a gem from start to finish. We sold our house before it was even listed on the MLS. When problems arose (Not stemming from her) she advised and we got through them in a timely matter. I highly recommend Mary.

Mary was awesome. I was initially working with a different realtor but did not like the service and level of communication. I did some searching around the web and interviewed a few more gents before deciding to go with Mary. Her communication was awesome, she took the time to make sure I understood the process, and she knows the market. An added bonus was that she valued my home at $25k above the other agency’s top end, and it appraised immediately. During the process she made sure that we got the house ready for appraisal, coordinated repairs, and handled negotiations with the buyer. All in all, a great experience.
