MARY GRIFFIN is the best real estate agent out there! She gave us more than we anticipated. Being new to Fort Bragg, my husband and I were very skeptical about the area. We didn't know a lot about the housing market. Mary is VERY knowledgeable about the market, military and customer's needs. Mary was able to show us around, showing us multiple price ranges until we found the home of our dreams. Once we found our home she was there through every process, EVERY STEP, every inspection and she was there at some inspections when we couldnt be. Mary walked us through every process and was always there. Shes very reliable and always has an honest answer. For many buying a home is very difficult and stressful, but with her by our side it wasn't stressful at all. It was a blessing for us to be able to find her. -Thank you Mary

To say my first home-buying experience was anything but conventional would be an extreme understatement. It was an incredibly stressful time, but the person who made it all work was Mary Griffin. My wife and I both believe that without her, we wouldn't have been able to close on our house at all. She stayed in constant contact and was with us every step of the way, making sure we had what we needed and that we were always on the right track. Bottom line is, if you're looking for an agent to help you buy or sell, you're not going to find anyone better than Mary. I'd bet my house on it.

Mary is an absolutely incredible real estate agent and we couldn't be more happy with her work. She is both timely and responsive and was fully invested in helping us find our dream home. She helped us buy our first home and was there for us every step of the way. She simplified a very complex process and went above and beyond her duties. Mary helped us find lenders, contractors, inspectors, and even decide our insurance company. Her knowledge of all of the key players in the area and throughout the process is unmatched. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She is easy to deal with and followed through with every task. I felt completely comfortable with her and knew that she had our best interests in mind. We employed Mary as listing agent for a house in Fayetteville in early 2018. The house required repair as well as updating prior to listing. We received multiple offers and within 4 weeks had two offers at list price. She is the best agent that we have ever worked with and certainly exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend her as an agent.
