The BEST realator EVER! Paul Bridgeman is an exceptional real estate agent with a vast wealth of knowledge in all areas of what to look out for and what is good when it comes to buying a home. He was able to give advice on electrical, plumbing and construction. Paul spent hours with us driving distances and looking at many many houses and he let us know it didn’t matter how long it took us to find a home that was right for us. He was diligent in finding new listings that met our criteria on a daily basis. He was always on time and professional, yet he was friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to with a witty since of humor. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in every way with our new home. Rob is a straight up, down to earth guy who will always do what’s best for your interests and fight for what you want. He always checks up on anything you need and has enough experience in reality, construction and in the area to best serve you. First Time Homebuyer Mary was nothing short of fantastic. I took a shot by finding her on Google, but 5 minutes into our first phone call, I new I had my agent. She was completely transparent throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any little question my wife and I had. Buying a house is nerve racking, let alone buying one sight unseen from another state. Mary made the entire process so easy. It wasn't more than a few hours after first speaking to her and giving her an idea of what we were looking for that she sent over 20 or more great houses to look at. She pretty much held our hand and walked us through every single step from the pre-approval to closing. Mary is definitely invested in you as a buyer and not once did I feel like I was just another commission. She always gave us her honest opinion, giving us the pros and cons of each property. She is highly professional and courteous and she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this market. If she is still in the area when we go to sell the home, she will be the first person I call to list it. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mary. I will be recommending her to any and everyone looking to buy or sell a home.
