Mary is the very best realtor. I talked to many realtors in the Fayetteville area during my time there and ALL (except Mary) treated my budget and wish list with... What is the word... Contempt? I just always felt like they were looking down on me because I had such a shoe string budget. I never, never, never got that vibe from Mary. It's like there's a spark in her eye when she sees a challenge. I bought my house, lived a few years, and then she sold my house. When I hired her to sell my house the conversation looked like, "Hey I need to go to AZ tonight to take care of family- can you sell my house?" She said, "no problem, drop off your keys" I dropped off my keys and she handled it the rest of the way--- she listed the house for what I wanted and she found a landscaper and handyman to complete the work from the inspection. Everything was done for a great price and passed FHA guidelines.. (maybe she is a miracle worker?) Anyways.. she is the one. Hire her I promise you will have ZERO regrets.
