The property I was selling was my fathers house. This was an Estate sale, selling the property as is. Bob was helpful during the sell process, especially during time of settlement since our settlement date had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Knowledge of neighborhood & home values was good resulting in quick sale at full asking price. This was an estate sale with co-executors one of whom was out of the country at settlement date. This unusual situation created special circumstances requiring creativity and attention to communication. Bob worked diligently to minimize stress and chaos. Buyer’s realtor (also a Remax agent was not helpful nor was the Title company.) Bob always brought professionalism to the process for which we are grateful.

I have know Bob for years, and when it was time to list our home, there was only one person that came to mind. Hiring a friend however, can be sometimes be difficult. In this instance it wasn’t difficult at all. Bob stuck to our plan from the beginning as well as listened to our concerns throughout the entire process. To say we are happy is putting it mildly.
