My husband and I worked with Annie Hall as our realtor for over a year. Annie is professional and patient explaining the buying process as we went through it. She is reliable and was always readily available to look at the homes we were interested in. She answered all of our questions about the houses we saw, reaching out to the seller's realtor if necessary. Besides listening to what we wanted, she took notice of what we liked in the homes we visited so that she knew what we were looking for. Her knowledge, along with her positive attitude, enabled us to find and buy our perfect home. Annie is extremely competent, hardworking and it was a pleasure working with her. She is excellent at her job.

Bob Wipplinger is the BEST AGENT! He is totally an 'All hands on deck' kind of guy. He did things to help me that I would never have expected a realtor to do. And my goodness...does he know people. He introduced me to the nicest people that were also able to help me! I had no real estate experience when this journey started and he was so kind and patient with all of my (too many) questions. And since I also now own 2 other properties, he has been there for me to answer (more!) questions in regards to them too. However, this survey requests my experience with Bob in regards to market knowledge, communication and professionalism. He has solid market knowledge and explained things to me as everything progressed. I actually started reading and learning about real estate. He is the greatest communicator, always taking/returning my calls/texts quickly and explaining things simply. He is a true professional, not too rigid, not too casual, just right. We did not have your typical listing so we didn't want just a typical realtor. Bob was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered my many questions, texts and calls promptly and felt he was very attentive to our needs and concerns. He would make suggestions but ultimately wanted us to be happy so never pushed us to just sell; made sure we were getting what we wanted. I can honestly say after interviewing other realtors we made the right decision and we would have not gotten what we wanted if we hadn't gone with Bob. It was a stressful time but he would reassure us we were in good hands and he was right.
