Let’s start this off by saying, Joel is amazing!!! Probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt like I was doing this alone when I had Joel running the show selling my home. He conducted multiple open houses, put my listing up on multiple realtor sites, reached out to many potential buyers via social media and got us the deal that we were looking for in the long run. Joel always makes sure to check in on you and will never do anything that you are uncomfortable with. Things will get stressful, that is no lie, but Joel will make sure to have your back through it all!! This was a particularly unusual sale, as I live out of the country. It presented its challenges at times, but Jennifer always rose to the occasion and succeeded in having the knowledge and tenacity to get things done and keep me informed every step of the way of what was expected and needed to meet the requirements for the sale of my property.
