It’s nice to receive old fashion “personal service”. Considering that we are an out-of-town client, Sean caused us to radically change our trained belief to personal service. Not only was he detailed in his approach both before and after completion of the final house inspection, but he personally prepared and ushered in the new tenants in the manner that I would have handled had I’d been there personally. His classy touch of honoring my request to pick up a Christmas tree to welcome the new clients was an absolute Lee nice finishing touch. Thanks very much Shawn
