Darshana is an agent that will go to bat for you as she really puts her clients first. She will move things around in her schedule to show you a property as she knows, when those gems pop up and it is all about speed. She was always on top of bringing print outs of each property with notes she had collected before hand on a clipboard for us as it is hard to keep track of the 20 plus homes you are looking at over the course of the search. When it comes to putting in the offer. She will put in what you want to offer and help negotiate the price you want to pay for the home. The guidance that she offers is far more than any other agent I had worked with in the past. Not only does she show the home but she helps you throughout the buying journey. Helping us even get a better rate on our mortgage by having us look at different lenders. She would then review their offers and give tips on how to save even more!
