First time homebuyer
My husband and I were first time homebuyers, which is something that a lot of Gen Z-ers can't say these days. Basically, it kind of will take a miracle in order for people under 30 to own a home (or just... a *lot* of digging and guidance). April was a miracle worker - she did the digging necessary and guided us as we needed through this process to ensure we could find ourselves a fixer upper nest thats within our means to turn into our home. We are so incredibly grateful.

Very professional
Very kind and understanding to your needs and wants. If was tough finding the perfect house but she kept saying when you find the house you’ll know and she was right. Very Forthright, watching out for your best interest!
I found Nicole to be very forthright and honest. Very responsive! Great guidance especially since I was coming from out of town! Great communicator and kept me aware of next steps. Did the research that was needed and was very timely, as well as being very personable! I’d definitely recommend Nicole!
