She was an excellent communicator and our process went very smoothly.
We had an excellent experience working with Jenna and truly can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was a clear and consistent communicator, always keeping us informed and making sure we understood each step of the process. She was also incredibly helpful during negotiations, advocating for us and helping us secure terms that we felt confident and comfortable with. What really set her apart, though, was the way she went above and beyond for our family. When unexpected circumstances required us to leave town, she stepped in without hesitation—coordinating work that needed to be done at our home and even staying there while it was completed. That level of care and commitment meant so much to us during a stressful time. She didn’t just treat us like clients—she treated us like people, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our family and our needs. We are so grateful for her support and dedication throughout the entire process.

Awesome Agent!

Jenna Hawkins was a godsend
Jenna Hawkins went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, kind, prompt and professional. During our first in person meeting during the first showing of the home we bought She told us she would do anything she could to make sure we would get the home. She absolutely lived up to her word. She was very patient with us and took time to answer our questions all the way through the process. She stayed in contact with us and always promptly answered our calls and messages. She helped us get the best possible closing. We will definitely be referring her to everyone buying or selling a home... we are now happy homeowners and we couldn't have done it without her

April is there for you from start to finish...and then some.
We met April back in September to view a house and she was so polite and professional. She never made us feel rushed and let us explore the house. She offered some professional advice on some things she noticed that we missed. She guided us through the process from start to finish and I really wouldn't have wanted anyone else. She kept us up to date on everything and when things slowed down, she kept pushing to keep things on track. She met us at the house several times, happily. She also made sure that on the finance side of things, that we remained protected and guided us through a sticky situation. If you want an agent that cares and is professional, April is your agent.
