I decided to sell my home during a huge transitional time in my life. I had worked so hard to make my home beautiful and walked in to it being completely destroyed by family members who I let live there after I moved to Florida. Selling a house to settle an estate offers some unique challenges since you are not very familiar with the home and any issues it may have. We ever able to get it listed and then did some marketing and got two offers and closed a couple weeks later.
