Choosing to work with Chrissy Heinle was a very smart decision for this out-of-town seller. She enthusiastically pursued the listing and was forceful and proactive throughout the entire process. She priced the house aggressively and drew in multiple offers after the first and only open house, enabling us to go to settlement much more quickly than we anticipated. Prior to settlement a number of problems arose, primarily due to incompetence on the part of the purchaser’s agent and the title company, but because of her experience, dynamism, and assertiveness, Chrissy got everything back on track quickly. Chrissy went the extra mile for us, even going as far as to resolve problems in our absence inside the house, which was vacant during the selling process. We couldn’t be happier with how the selling process went.
