I was looking to move from CA -> PA and Kathie helped make that transition easy! She did a few virtual tours for me, provided some good advice on some "less than ideal" aspects of some houses, and eventually we landed on a great place. Lived in the house for a few years and had Kathie help me sell the same house. We had the place sold within a couple weeks and she handled everything while I was out of state. She cares about her work, and her clients! 10/10 :)

For over a year, I was in search of the perfect property. After several failed attempts I landed on the perfect home. During that year Jamie went above and beyond her duties. She showed up to zoning hearings, county meetings and showed property after property, sometimes at a moments notice. 10/10 I would recommend Jamie to anyone that needed a realtor that cared, I never felt like making this sale was about the financial gain with her.
