I had been casually looking around the Pittsburgh area for several months with no luck. One afternoon, though, I found one that checked all the boxes and knew that it would be competitive. Brianna stepped up to the challenge and, with her help, I won the bid against multiple bidders. Brianna had to negotiate several barriers, including a difficult selling agent, my less-than-responsive lender, and a weird appraisal situation.
