Brianna Forrest

I had been casually looking around the Pittsburgh area for several months with no luck. One afternoon, though, I found one that checked all the boxes and knew that it would be competitive. Brianna stepped up to the challenge and, with her help, I won the bid against multiple bidders. Brianna had to negotiate several barriers, including a difficult selling agent, my less-than-responsive lender, and a weird appraisal situation. In the end, we persevered and I am happily in my new home! Thank you, Bri!!

The property we purchased was in rough condition, and Brianna was able to arrange a showing quickly so we could move forward with the purchase. She also went inside the property with us despite the condition of the house being somewhat unsafe. At the time, we received the assistance we needed. Thank you.

Answered all questions or found out answers. Returned messages/calls promptly. Knowledgeable about property. Truly interested in finding me the right home.

Brianna was responsive and we never waited more than an hour for an answer to even the toughest questions on our sale. Quick full asking price sale in a slowing market. Thanks, Brianna!
