Best man for the job!

We were referred to Joel by the realtor who sold us our first home. We were looking to sell our rental property and we were told was the BEST man for the job. Well, long story short he definitely was. Right from the beginning he was very professional, he was upfront with me as far as what needed to be done in order to get the property ready for sale. We didn’t feel pressured to do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and he quickly gained our trust.
