When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Nita's market analysis for a quick sale was spot on. Educated us on the selling and after-sale procedures, then deftly lead us through the process. She has good knowledge of all the vendors we required to assist us in preparing the house for listing. She has a good working relationship with other realtors.
