I was selling my parents house following their move to a nursing facility. I live more than 50 miles away and spend much of the year in Southeast Texas. None of this was an issue as Michelle arranged for contractors for minor repairs and a service to clear and clean the house. A consummate professional she had a clear grasp of the market, how to effectively price and position the property and an amazing mastery of marketing and the administrative aspects of the transaction. Closing occurred early and completed while we were 1000 miles away... entirely seamless. Could not be more pleased.
