We met Cindy randomly at a showing. We’ve worked with several agents in the past so it’s easy for us to spot the good ones. My wife and I both commented after we met her that we could tell she knew her stuff. She is experienced and knowledgeable but more importantly she actually cared about getting us the best possible deal. She didn’t push us towards something we didn’t want but when we found the perfect house she took care of business, got our offer accepted above the others and then as a huge bonus she successfully negotiated the price lower after inspection! My fiance and I did not plan on having a realtor to begin with and then when my fiance scheduled our first walk through online we ended getting shown our first home by Lisa who later we bonded with so well that we actually ended up choosing her to be our realtor. She is super friendly, outgoing, funny, and informative she truly is the perfect realtor! She is also not afraid of a challenge or a little bit of work. She walked us through the home buying process and helped set up a link catered just to us and our specific wants and needs in a home that we could easily have edited at any time throughout the process. She was extremely patient with us and ALWAYS made time in her day no matter what time it was to show us houses since my fiance and I both have very busy schedules. Not many realtors would be as patient or willing to work clients in like she does. After seeing and walking through a good chunk of homes we ended up finding our perfect starter home as a young couple buying their first home together we are extremely pleased to have gone through this journey with Lisa! She has since become a good friend of ours and we will recommend her always! She made this whole experience so FUN and stress free which is exactly how it should be. Thank you Lisa for everything!

Where to even start - so far I've purchased twice from Lisa. Once when i was moving to from a rental condo, to own one. But first, I thought I wanted a house. So we looked at probably 30 properties before I completely changed my mind and settled on a condo. I loved it, and Lisa always makes the process easy. She also has a great working relationship with all of the integrated people and organizations involved so you always know exactly what's happening. 2 years after my condo, (lets just say it was 2020/2021) life looked very different. I had different priorities and needed different things from my home. SO we started looking again, another 30 houses (like I said, she's very patient) and we found the one. On top of the normal process of buying a house, this time somethings went very wrong with the purchasers of my condo. Not only that but I lost my dad the day after my offer was accepted. Once again, Lisa stepped in to handle all of the messy details while I focused on my family. I can't sing her praises enough and there is no other realtor I would recommend to anyone.

Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to buying and selling. We were first time home buyers and she made the process seamless. She was also our selling agent when we decided to sell the house she helped us buy! There were a couple of small repairs that needed to done before we closed and she helped with those as well. Mindy was very easy and great to work with. She sold our old house quickly but did all the leg work of researching market value, contacting all the appropriate inspectors, and making suggestions as what we could do when asked. She found and showed us houses that met our “want list” which saved us time and was very appropriate for our wants and needs. She was great about keeping us updated and informed about everything from inspections to offer that was made. I would highly recommend Mindy to others and gladly use her again.
