Dave did a great job for us as we worked thru the issues and challenges of selling our mom’s house. He set up someone to come and fix the things that needed attention in the house, answered all of our questions at all times of the day and night, and worked closely with the buyers agent to make sure we closed the deal. He even had the houses cleaned for us, hosted a few open houses for realtors and for potential buyers and we were able to sell the house with no problems. Dave did such a great job that the next door neighbor noticed him and listed his house with Dave!
