Stumbled upon Glori while looking at rental properties. I was toying with the idea of buying already but when she was upfront about the selection of rentals in the area (plus what I had already been noticing), I knew I had to buy. Coming from out of state, I only had a few days in town to view listings and she cleared her Sunday for me and we looked at about 15 homes. During the tours, she pointed out everything that I wouldn’t have even known to look for. When I found another listing on my LAST day in town, she got me a showing and that was the house. The home already had multiple offers on it and she coached me through what my best offer would be. Seemed like fate to me, finding her and then the home but with multiple offers on the table, I was sure I wouldn’t get it. Then she called and sure enough, they accepted my offer! I was meant to find Glori and meant to be in this home.
