David was very helpful and made himself available when called upon. His knowledge of preparing our house for sale through pictures and simply advice proved itself in the quick sale of our home. We were presented an offer in one day, which we accepted. He was helpful all the way through the closing even though he was unable to be there in person due to circumstances due to Hurricane Ida’s recent passing. We enjoyed the experience with David.

I am very grateful for Chad Davis for getting the transaction to the finish line. There are NO! Words to describe this Angel sent to me , my mom had passed away and I could not let go of something so precious and filled with sooo many memories my mom home , It was on the market for 7 months maybe almost 8 not one !
