David recently helped us purchase our new home and this time around he assisted us in the sale of our previous home. David really took care of everything for us. He helped us find a painter, set him up to come out to the house and even met him there for us on an occasion when we were unavailable. I completely forgot about a termite inspection the new buyers wanted and David not only reminded me about it but found someone to do it and attended the inspection himself. He does not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure the deal is done. I would DEFINITELY recommend David to anyone looking to buy OR sell a home!

Without a doubt the most thorough and best real estate agent I have ever worked with. And I have worked with dozens. As a buyer or seller, there is no other agent in this area that I will work with other than Jennifer. Here is my experience working with her. 1. She responded quickly to every call, text and email. 2. She provided multiple solutions to every issue to include who to call, and she provided us the phone number. 3. She thought of potential issues, called the necessary governing body, came to a conclusion, then provided us the phone number and name of the person she talked to so we could hear the information for ourselves from the governing authority. 4. After the sale went through, she continues to be very responsive as the last remaining small items are being taken care of. 5. She was on time for each and every appointment. David was such an incredible, invaluable resource for my husband and I really over the last couple of years as we have been looking off and on for a house that was a good fit for us. David was so good about sending us homes that he came across as they popped up and showed us a few different houses here and there as we weren’t in a huge hurry. When we found one we liked, David took us to see it in the morning. We went home to think about if we wanted to put an offer in and decided a few hours later we really wanted to see the house one more time before making a decision. David came BACK OUT to show us the house again on the same day. We made an offer with some guidance from David and our offer was accepted! He guided us every step of the way from financing to the title company to inspection and appraisal company recommendations. We are now working with David to sell our other home and I have all faith he will continue to be just as helpful with this transaction as well.
