I first met Brenda shortly after I began looking for my first home. She took me on and worked with me to truly find the best place for me. It took quite a while, and she never tried to pressure me into making an offer on any house. In fact, if she noticed something bad that I had missed, she would point them out to me so that I was fully aware of everything. I truly appreciated her patience and all the work she put in to help me find and purchase my first house! Should the day come that I'm ready to move on and find a new house, I hope she'll still be doing this great work!

Michelle Miller as our selling agent in 2015 and buying agent in 2024. Throughout both experiences, she was very professional, promptly returned messages, and always advocated in our best interests. As our recent buying agent, she addressed issues after the inspection report noted major issues with the home. The issues were giant, expensive problems, causing us to ititially back out of the deal. Michelle discussed our options with us, and we reconsidered the same house. She was very professional while discussing our options. We never felt pressured by her to make a decision and she never made it uncomfortable for us. After we decided to pursue the same house, she negotiated with the selling agent. She was persistent on making sure the updated work was completed before for the closing, which was not an easy task! We were grateful that we did not have to personally negotiate and continuously contact the selling agent regarding the problems ourselves. We also had other issues with the home. The home owner moved out and left massive amounts of garbage under the porch, in the shed, and filthy items in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. She promptly addressed the issue and it was taken care of before the closing. She was amazing and we were so relieved to have such a knowledgeable and caring realtor on our side. We highly recommend using Michelle Miller for any real estate needs!

As a first-time homebuyer, we were overwhelmed about the whole process from hearing other's experiences of their home search. However, Brenda was godsent who gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process (which was not as stressful as I anticipated, and we owe it all to her). I tend to overthink things and Brenda was amazing at preparing us throughout each step. She is very professional, kind, thoughtful, and there for YOU which was very refreshing! We called her all the time with questions even about documents that were not from her, she took the time to explain everything, so we understood and was VERY PATIENT with us. We love Brenda and appreciate her so much. We HIGHL Y RECCOMMEND her and will send anyone and everyone we know to her that is looking for a home. Do yourself a favor and let BRENDA BRING YOU HOME!!

Selling the family home can challenging. Selling it from another state adds another level of difficulty. Michelle was very responsive which was important to us. Her knowledge from years of experience guided us through each step of the process and helped to reduce the unexpected challenges. It was very evident she loves real estate. Michele went above and beyond for my fiancé and myself. We gave her a list of things we absolutely needed, a time line, and a very specific area. Not to mention also having really hard to accommodate schedules. Needless to say she made it happen, perfectly! She is not only a great agent, but someone that treats you like a great friend. She made sure to be there for us every step of the way, even offering us guidance after the fact. Michele provided us with a wonderful experience during our first home buying process! She was extremely professional and guided us with her knowledge and expertise. Over the course of about 5 months, she showed us multiple houses in many different locations. We are very appreciative of her urgency and flexibility for scheduling tours and general communication. She made the touring process as convenient as possible for us, even when it may not have been as convenient for her. Alongside our tour requests, she also made sure to monitor the market and notify us of properties of interest. Even during the holiday season, she made sure to keep in touch and maintain preparedness incase a new house presented itself. Beyond her exemplary professionalism, we also appreciated how kind Michele was! She was easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. We felt that she really cared about us and had our best intentions at heart! She exceeded all of our expectations as first time home buyers. We are so happy with our new home, thanks Michele!
