As a first time home buyer my husband and I took a chance on submitting an online inquiry to visit a few open houses. Denni was the first agent to contact us. Through our first conversation we found our commonality being from Hawaii living here on the 9th Island I knew immediately she had that caring Aloha spirit and she assured me she would help us find a home no matter how long it takes. As it turned out we had to put house hunting on hold for a bit, but through her patience and guidance as she took the time to check in with us from time to time and encouraged us the time was right to pursue our dream. Once again she put us at ease and with her professional guidance we were able to get pre qualified for a home loan. Our lending team referred by Denni made things so easy everything went smoothly and they took the time to explain the process. Finally, it was time to find that perfect house that met all the check boxes. Denni mapped out open houses, private showings and even submitted offers as we requested. She always encouraged us that the perfect house was out there for us. Until finally we knew we found our home...it just felt like home.
