Deb sold us our house nearly four years ago. And, she was the only one we considered to list our house when we wanted to sell. Once in a great while you meet a person in business that goes way beyond the expectations. Deb is that person. She not only stuck by us every step of the way during buying, she became a friend we could call on for any question and check in on us often while we were in Buckeye. This is a rare case where we put our entire trust in her to list our house. Holy cow, did she do a great job. The first day after we listed the house, we had three people come through and received three offers. Before we had time to reject the first offer, they came back in with a full-asking-price offer with no concessions other than an inspection...even paid for by the offerer. That's fast action. After we accepted the offer, we still received requests to be put on a waiting list in case the first offer didn't work out. Every phone call and every text to Deb was answered promptly and action was taken...sometimes before I asked. She was there throughout the process of the buyer application and funding. She accompanied us to sign documents and was there at the time of closing making sure we were updated at every turn. I would highly recommend Deb to anyone looking for an honest and professional Realtor because she knows the business and intimately knowledgable of the market in the several communities surrounding the west side of Phoenix. You could do no better than have a friend help you buy or sell whatever type of property. Her main quality is trustworthiness.
