Tara SAVED my house and the whole selling process. She goes above and beyond for her clients and keeps you updated every step of the way! My house was sold within six days of it being up on the market after it being poorly priced and unprofessional photos taken. Tara came in, priced my house correctly, took professional photos, added a home warranty (all at no cost to me) and decorated my house to spruce it up! I will 100% be going through her again when I decide to purchase property. You will not be sorry when you decide to go with Tara & her team!

I had the opportunity to work with Lisa recently. As an agent, my experience with Lisa couldn't have been better. She is detail oriented, very responsive and thorough. Buying a home from another state could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience, but Lisa helped me every step of the way. She kept me informed as to next steps, advised me in the areas where I had questions and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the area and in her field overall. I would confidently recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy a property in the valley.

Lisa took the time to help us explore a variety of options for a second home. As we explored these options, we became clearer on what we wanted. This helped Lisa narrow in and help us find a place that made sense for us. She went the extra mile multiple times in the process, especially in this Covid-19 environment since we did this from a distance. For a highly professional experience, I highly recommend Lisa.

This was my first home sale, I came Into it not really knowing what to expect. Renee very quickly explained what I could expect, and with that very quickly put any stress I had at ease. She is Knowledgeable, outgoing, and very honest. Overall all of my expectations were met and far exceeded as she continually worked with me gaining knowledge of what it was I wanted, helping me towards the right direction to finding my new home. Not only did my house sell quickly, but through her hard work and the hard work of the Sears group I made More then I could have ever have hoped for off of my sale. If you or anyone you know of is planing on a sale, or purchase of a new home I strongly Encourage you to make the call to Renee, or the Sears group to experience the level of greatness I did working with them.

What a great experience. Be ready to sell! We blinked and Tara had our home sold over list with several back-up offers in a just a few hours. Every step of the way Tara answered questions before we even voiced them. She even gave advise that helped us submit the winning bid on out out-of-state purchase. Thanks again, Tara!

Alexis was very informative throughout my home buying process. She made the transition very smooth for me while I was relocating from California to Arizona by being so responsive and professional. Alexis is still providing my family with exceptional customer service and follow up after referring us to her recommendation of vendors who have helped add upgrades to our home. On top of getting our property for a great price, her closing gift to our family was very kind and heart felt. I will never question using another agent. Thank you again, Alexis!

Absolutely THE BEST! She was my agent for both buying a new house and selling the old one. For buying, she worked with us for what we wanted, and then she could find us showings that actually matched. For selling, she was very involved, walking through the house and making suggestions to make it sell quicker and for more. Her suggestions netted us $20,000 extra on the sale - NET! She knew what to do, and who to have do it, and we just followed her lead. 15 showings the first day, with 10 offers. She is very proactive to preempt any issues BEFORE they happen. I've worked with different realtors in the past, and she is above and beyond, the best.

Gary tells you like it is which I appreciate. Does his research about the property that you would like to list. I am currently using Gary Marella on a couple of my other properties. In my eyes, he is the best.
