We were facing a soft market, so we had to make a few price adjustments. Tara had good judgment on when to make the adjustment and suggested how much. She is very familiar with our area, she lives here and has multiple listings in our community. This really helps with comparable houses that have recently sold here in EMR. As busy as Tara is, she is very responsive and is a great resource for solving problems. She has a contact or contractor to help with any issues that might need attention. She has a positive outgoing personality that stands out during interaction with her.
