It seemed like I was her only client! Always corresponding with new properties or info on ones we had seen. She gave great advice on how to look at a house from many perspectives that I would have not considered. Her knowledge of the entire process including financing was so impressive. I ran her all over the west valley often on short notice. She would gladly drop what she was doing (if possible), schedule the showing and meet me. Even in this market Rae made the whole experience fun, exciting and as least stressful as possible. I can say as a former Realtor myself, I was happily impressed. I was selling my condo while living in another state. Jolynn coordinated to meet me the one day I was in town. Not only did she meet with me, she had both the carpet and painter meet me as well. She provided me with all essential phone numbers and contact individuals I would need to complete this transaction. She even recommended a cleaner when all the projects were done. Everything else was accomplished via docu-sign and emails. When I did have questions she responded immediately, providing me with the safe and secure feeling that all was going smoothly. She contacted me all along the process, letting me know when the inspector was coming, sending pictures of the new flooring and paint. This is the second time I have used JoLynn and could never imagine using any other agent.
