In this changing and stressful Real Estate market, Ken was able to lay out the different options we had and helped us decide on our plan going forward. When our first deal fell through when the Buyer had personal issues, Ken was able to quickly reach out to contacts he had made showing the house earlier and one of them made us an offer after only a couple days of the first deal failing. He helped turn a stressful situation into an easy one. He also communicated very well with us, providing updates as our market here in the desert goes through the seasonal buying conditions. We could not be happier, and it turns out several of my new neighbors in Sun City Festival have used his service as well, and they all have giving me positive reviews of his service.

A few words to describe her; Integrity, honest, communicator, timely, great negotiator, etc. She did a great job with us selling our home and finding a new one. We never had to wonder what was happening with the sale of our home with Tara. She was easy to communicate with, always available to answer questions. Let us know when showings were. Tara got to know us and what we needed. We would recommend Tara over and over. She knows her market well. She and her staff were a pleasure to work with.

Tara had helped us 3 years in a row while vacationing. Setting up appointments to see homes while in town. She kept communicating with us throughout the years. We live across the country, and when we purchased our new vacation home, she made the whole process so easy for us. She was even at the 4-5 hour inspection since we were not able to come back for it. She has so many resources available to help us along the way. From a banker, title agent, to a painter and a pool guy. We will be forever grateful for her time and expertise in buying our home. We feel she is the best in the business, recommend her to anyone.
