We first Janelle at an open house we just happened to be driving by. My wife and I were very impressed with the time she took to show some lookieloos all about interest rates, buy downs, and any other question we could think of. She didn’t just answer, she sat us down and taught us, had a sheet prepared as examples, again very impressed. When we decided to pull the trigger, she organized a meeting with a potential mortgage broker, herself, and my wife and me and we sat for a few hours going over a million scenarios. We came up with a plan and budget and started from there. It wasn’t long before my wife and I changed our minds about buying.
