My experience working with Connor to find and purchase my house was overwhelmingly positive. Connor gave me insights on different areas that I was interested in and set me up with an easy way browse properties that fit the criteria that I was looking for. Once I found properties that I liked, Connor provided thorough analyses of the surrounding markets, including information on comparable properties that had sold recently in the same areas. I did not have to ask for any of this, as he was consistently proactive on providing information. Connor skillfully facilitated the viewing, inspection, offering, and negotiation stages of the transaction by staying in contact with both myself and the seller's agent. He was able to answer any questions that I had throughout the process, and he helped me find all of the 3rd party services that were required to complete the purchase. Connor remained professional throughout, and was very easy to work with. I would recommend Connor to any of my family or friends looking for a buyer's agent.

Connor is a prime example of what I want out of my realtor. He was timely and helpful throughout the entire hunting and buying processes, seeing houses with me on a moments notice until I found the right fit. Getting into the real estate business, I am very familiar with many real estate agents - Gary comes second to none with everyone I've worked with. He is responsive, thorough, and knows his stuff. Gary is very honest on walkthroughs (which is a trait you NEED in your agent). If he thinks something is wrong walking through a property, he will fin it and let you know. I trust this guy like I trust my mechanic (which is rare these days), he will not sell you on a home that he doesn't feel comfortable with. With Gary you can expect an easy, stress-free transaction every time. We have purchased multiple homes, from fixer-uppers to even vacant lots of land and never once had an issue. Renee was wonderful to work with. She demonstrated the upmost patience with us as we looked at houses for nearly a year in a crazy market. You could tell that she was knowledgeable and helped point out potential problem areas in the houses we looked at without putting her thumb on the scale. Renee always prioritized our needs and truly wanted us to find our forever home rather than just rushing the sale. She always had a route setup for us to maximize our time looking at places and was flexible enough to add in some open houses we saw last minute. I recommend her to everyone I talk to.
