As young first time buyers, the whole process felt intimidating from the start. He was patient, realistic, and never made us feel like our wish list was too much or out of reach. His communication was clear, he always kept us informed, and he helped us understand every part of the process without making it feel overwhelming. He knew the market well, guided us through decisions carefully, and negotiated in a way that made us feel protected and confident. What could have been a stressful experience became exciting because we had someone who genuinely listened and worked hard for us. We are incredibly grateful that Connor helped us find a home that truly feels like ours.

My experience working with Connor to find and purchase my house was overwhelmingly positive. Connor gave me insights on different areas that I was interested in and set me up with an easy way browse properties that fit the criteria that I was looking for. Once I found properties that I liked, Connor provided thorough analyses of the surrounding markets, including information on comparable properties that had sold recently in the same areas. I did not have to ask for any of this, as he was consistently proactive on providing information. Connor skillfully facilitated the viewing, inspection, offering, and negotiation stages of the transaction by staying in contact with both myself and the seller's agent. He was able to answer any questions that I had throughout the process, and he helped me find all of the 3rd party services that were required to complete the purchase. Connor remained professional throughout, and was very easy to work with. I would recommend Connor to any of my family or friends looking for a buyer's agent.

Connor is a prime example of what I want out of my realtor. He was timely and helpful throughout the entire hunting and buying processes, seeing houses with me on a moments notice until I found the right fit. He even managed to find me some deals and money savers at closing that really helped me get head start on home ownership. I couldn't have asked for better help.
