A year ago Caitlin helped my mother in law sell her house and she was so easy to work with and attentive to details that when we decided to relocate back to Pittsburgh from Virginia, I reached out immediately. Despite being 8 hours away, she would research any house we wanted and was able to do video tours as soon as they were available. Once we sold our house we were in a suuuuper tight window to find a house. In between 5 showings, she was able to add one more that came back onto the market a few MINUTES earlier- and that was the one. The whole process was painless. E-sign was super convenient. Devie is the best. I've known her for over 10 years. She helped me buy two homes and sell one of them. She is incredibly responsive and knows how to explain the munutae of real estate so you can understand it. The sale of my rental in April was a complicated process filled with roadblocks.
