Cindy did her research of houses in the area, what they sold for, and the housing market in the area. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She gave us a price of what we should sale our house for and that’s what we sold for. I was more than satisfied of how Cindy handled the sale from start to finish.

Kalyn was absolutely incredible in helping us find our dream home. With the craziness of the housing market, she respected when we were ready to step away until things calmed down, but she continued to think of us in the meantime. When she saw the market slowing down, she immediately reached back out to us and helped us find the home we’re in now. She was with us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed from offer til closing. She was kind, patient and truly listened to our needs. Caitlin was terrific from start to finish and even after our house sold, checking in to see how we were settling in at our new place out of state. She was very efficient. Our house sold in 4 days and that is largely due to her recommendations and wonderful listing. She was on top of every step with the sale of our home. She made the entire process so simple. She is very knowledgeable not just about Jefferson Hills but the entire South Hills area. There are not enough stars to give her nor enough thanks for making a huge relocation so easy. I would highly recommend her to sell or buy a home with.

Heather showed us many houses through the course of many months and was willing to look at any house we asked to. She was very prompt with the disclosures and very accessible through text, and email, and her cell. She also was great in dealing with a difficult seller. From previous experiences, we didn’t expect this kind of service from a real estate agent and Heather was outstanding.

5 stars all the way around. A year ago Caitlin helped my mother in law sell her house and she was so easy to work with and attentive to details that when we decided to relocate back to Pittsburgh from Virginia, I reached out immediately. Despite being 8 hours away, she would research any house we wanted and was able to do video tours as soon as they were available. Once we sold our house we were in a suuuuper tight window to find a house. In between 5 showings, she was able to add one more that came back onto the market a few MINUTES earlier- and that was the one. The whole process was painless. E-sign was super convenient. We always knew where we were in the process. And now only a month later, we are in the new house. Please give her a try, you won’t regret it.

Devie is the best. I've known her for over 10 years. She helped me buy two homes and sell one of them. She is incredibly responsive and knows how to explain the munutae of real estate so you can understand it. The sale of my rental in April was a complicated process filled with roadblocks. Several buyers ended up backing out of deals, but in the end, we closed for the best of the offers under contract. I also learned that Devie has integrity. She advised me against working with someone who offered a shady deal, and for that, I have even more respect for her than her ability to navigate the sales process.
