Kalyn is extremely passionate about helping her clients and her extensive research she did for us really showcased it! Her professionalism and negotiation skills were very helpful. She did extensive research to ensure that we were able to obtain a fair price for the home we were purchasing reviewing the current market in the specific area we were looking to buy as well as reviewing historic data. After all sales occurred we had contact with her regarding packages that arrived to our house for the previous owner and she even went above and beyond to communicate with the selling agent which was clearly outside of her scope of work!
