I have known Petra for a long time. My wife and I used Petra to sell our condo at 7550 N. 12th Street Unit 244 in Phoenix. Petra is very knowledgeable and has demonstrated that she has the contacts and experience to get your property sold. The condo needed to have the interior painted before we sold it. Petra put us in touch with one of her contacts and she did an excellent job. We have used the same company to paint the interior of another house we purchased and we used Petra as our real estate agent for that purchase as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Phoenix area to look Petra up and give her a call.
