In fact my husband and I could not come down from Canada to collect our personal items so Joni and her husband boxed up everything that we wanted from the house. That was a lot of extra work for them. We definitely picked a super realtor that cared about the situation we were in and we sure appreciate everything she did for us. Joni knows the real estate business and all the transactions went very smoothly, especially when it had to be done by email and in another country. Hands down the best Realtor ever.
