I will admit that I knew Ruby before working with her, so I already knew she had a strong work ethic but I was so please with how on top of everything she was. We rarely had to ask her a question about progress because she was already letting us know. She was always patient, always willing to explain everything to make sure we knew what we were getting into. She really went the extra mile on everything and made us very comfortable. She worked with escrow seamlessly which made the whole process that much easier. She was always positive and sweet and quick to laugh with us. I love, love, love Ruby! When I am rich (which will be never but a girl can dream, right?) I will hire Ruby as a full time real estate consultant!
