A little over 10 years ago I contacted Matias to help me find a house, we had exensive conversations about what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of places always adjusting himslef to my busy schedule, sometimes we met at ngth to go see a house. After a coulpe of months he called me one day and told me about a house he knew was going to go on the market because of a foreclosure. It happened to be about a block form his own house and just accros the street. We met, we took a look of the outside of the house and I lked it, it was about February of 2009, we waited patiently until the house was reposesed so we can look of the inside and floor plan/distribution of hte house, and I liked it. The ouse needed some repairs and TLC and he guided me through the bidding process in a very professional way, always protecting my walet. We close towards the end of September of 2009 and I still live in my house that Matias helped me acquire. Thank you Matias.
