Kim was suggested to us from a previous client, who had nothing but good things to say. Being snowbirds, Kim gave us the right advice from the start. As our property was a RV lot with a casita, she suggested getting it on the market sooner than later (July) thus having the exposure as snowbirds/locals arrive back to Yuma in September. This was a key decision that resulted in our sale happening in November for almost asking price.
