The most WONDEFUL agent in Yuma
Lupita is an absolute wonderful agent but more so she is a genuinely good person. She cares about her clients and wants them to be truly happy with the home they choose. She gives honest feedback and has a keen eye that helps the buyer notice things they might otherwise not see. Lupita is extremely responsive, kind, professional and helpful. She is a strong negotiator and helped me get a great price! She has helped me buy two homes now and I will continue to recommend her and use her for all of my real estate needs.

Brenda is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and professional.
Brenda helped me buy a residence that was a short sale. She communicated at the very beginning that it would take time to deal with the bank. Luckily, I was not in a hurry and did not have to move. I had to switch loan officers since the first one was not upfront on the loan requirements. Fortunately for me, her husband is a loan officer. It is better to work with a realor/loan officer team. Brenda was available to answer my many questions and concerns in a timely manner. Brenda is professional and arranged the inspections quickly. Brenda was helpful in letting me and my contractor look at the property before escrow closed so he could see what I wanted done before moving in. The contractor could plan his work and put me on his schedule. Brenda was easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend her. If I do put my other property up for sale, I will have her sell it for me.

Seamless and Stress-free!!
Buying a home remotely from another state felt overwhelming at first, but working with Ruby Zunino made the entire process seamless and stress-free! Ruby was always quick to respond to any communication and her video walkthroughs were remarkably thorough and honest. She was proactive with updates, guided us through every step, and handled every detail of the paperwork seamlessly. We truly felt completely taken care of from miles away! After a year of home repairs, we were finally ready to list our place in Yuma. I had appointments set with several realtors, but when Christy arranged to come out the very same day I called, I knew immediately that her eagerness was exactly what I was looking for—and that intuition paid off. Christy truly knows her stuff. She walked in with a listing price right on target with our appraisal. She provided excellent, practical suggestions for staging the home and knew exactly which features to highlight. The photos she took of our condo were beautiful, and the results were undeniable: a neighbor listed their home just one week after us, yet we had significantly more tours than they did, all thanks to her presentation. She also proved to be an incredible negotiator. We dealt with some very demanding realtors on the other side, but Christy always knew exactly how to work around those challenges to protect our interests. She worked hard to get the best deal for everyone involved, but she ensured we came out on top. We were all thrilled with the outcome, but we truly felt we got the better deal.
