Melissa thank you thank you thank .The process we had on buying a home was really an experience we didn’t know were to begin we just knew we wanted to buy a home. We were looking on the market and saw a few homes but we didn’t know what we qualified for so I call an agent and she guide me through every step of the way. My mother had required memory care assistance and no longer needed the home she was living in. We decided to sell it to further my mother's financial longevity. Immediately Meaghann came up with a plan to get this home sold and take a huge thing off my list of things I needed to do for mom. She completed everything she said she would - from coordinating house cleaners, someone to haul things for donation, to an electrician, to arranging inspections - Meaghann is a great communicator. I thought doing this from Oregon would be next to impossible however working with Meaghann felt like a friend helping from down the street. I’d like to say first that Liz was extremely respectful in every manner of our transaction and was always reachable, either through phone, email or text. She would within minutes reply to a text or call and resolve or research any questions my wife and I had in our transition from Arkansas.We needed to do a simultaneous closing and Liz took care of every aspect of the closing on this end so that all we needed to do is drive up and walk into the house here in Yuma.
