We were referred by my husbands business to work w Jennider Undine and it didn't take more than a few minutes with her and we were in love with her. Jennifer had an easy, gentle, calm presence and was super knowledgable about yuma which we needed. She didn't steer us wrong in any way. We can call Jennifer our friend today after our transaction has long since closed. Again, being a resident of another state , Jennifer stepped up for us and was always present at the house when inspectors came or contractors or anyone. She is a true professional. My husband found Jennifer amusing because she always had some funny story that had happened here or there to tell us. She has lived in yuma her whole life and has strong ties to the community.
