Liz was wonderful to work with. I submitted an interest on the internet on a double lot in Yuma and she was the first realtor to respond with a personal text, instead of a robo text response. And I might add, it was on a Sunday evening! I really appreciated that, so I chose to work with her even though she wasn't the listing agent. She responded to all of my questions and concerns immediately. She also took care of an issue that was asked for in the counter offer, but got overlooked, so she stepped up and took care of it personally just so we would be happy. I think she went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling real estate! I will be a return customer!

Very helpful on a very difficult escrow... Required un-heard of paperwork from engineers because it was a new-home which it never had been lived in before some type of VA requirement

A little over 10 years ago I contacted Matias to help me find a house, we had exensive conversations about what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of places always adjusting himslef to my busy schedule, sometimes we met at ngth to go see a house. After a coulpe of months he called me one day and told me about a house he knew was going to go on the market because of a foreclosure. It happened to be about a block form his own house and just accros the street. We met, we took a look of the outside of the house and I lked it, it was about February of 2009, we waited patiently until the house was reposesed so we can look of the inside and floor plan/distribution of hte house, and I liked it. The ouse needed some repairs and TLC and he guided me through the bidding process in a very professional way, always protecting my walet. We close towards the end of September of 2009 and I still live in my house that Matias helped me acquire. Thank you Matias.
