I’m a military spouse who got stuck, as it tends to happen, handling the sale of my house alone. When I was looking for an agent Regina showed up to the first meeting with comps, a “who we are” statement, and examples of the house they have sold. Where as the others only brought a business card. Her personality and kindness to my dogs just clicked and we got right to work. Now when I tell you she went above and beyond I really mean it. She came in and put her own time and sweat in to my former home. We painted walls together and cleaned windows. She helped me move my stuff to the garage. Her husband even came in with some muscle to help. On top of all of that she came with a whole team of people she can contact for extra work. From tile work and baseboards to the move out clean she had a person for that job. I never thought when I took on the task of selling the house without my husband I’d have such an easy job of it. And it’s all thanks to Regina and her team! When all was said and done my home sold quickly and with a great offer, all handled smoothly while I was in a new state. I never thought selling my home would be so easy but Regina made it so and I really appreciate her for that.
