Excellent, present, diligent and compassionate to our needs!
Melissa has a unique ability to relate to her clients. She understood clearly what my needs were and the ideal property I envisioned. She was able to help secure a property that had an unusual history. When things got uneasy or difficult throughout the process she was present and informative while also providing a calming reassurance. She was diligent and observant, catching things missed by both inspectors and other agents. Her attention to detail and appropriate persistence allowed us the ability to get the best deal possible. She made sure to value my opinion and provide advice for me to make effective and informed decisions. Communication was never an issue and she made herself available regardless of date or time. For an emerging Agent she has the presence and abilities of a tenured professional. She gave me the confidence we’d reach closing no matter the obstacles. Fantastic to work with
Shelley actually helped me buy the house when I was moving to Yuma. Because of the incredible knowledge and the instant replies with me, I knew I would continue to work with her in the future. Now selling the same house and working with her again, she still continued to provide excellent service and was on top of everything. I appreciate her and all the work that is put in when selling a home! You will never go wrong with using Shelley to either but or sell your home.
