This is our second time using Liz for our home purchase and she was just as amazing and funny as the first time. Her humor will take the edge off any stressful situation! Liz helped us purchase our first townhouse and we remember telling her, “this is the one” and she made it happen. Fast forward 5 years later we contacted Liz and told her that we wanted to upgrade and she said, “lets do it!”. We were in a buying and selling situation and our concern was selling the townhouse before we found a new home. Where would we go if we sold the townhouse and we still haven’t found a new house to move in to? Liz walked us through many scenarios and we decided to work with Home Light. After living in that house for as long as I did, I did not have very high expectations for the sale price. Roxana came by looked around and told me what I could expect. I was surprised as it was quite a bit higher than I had imagined. I wanted a quick sale and gave her the date I wanted it to close. Without hesitation she gave me a schedule and told me that she would take care of everything. She arranged for pictures. Two days before the pictures a crew arrived and transformed the place inside and out. This was all happening at the height of covid19. She took care to make sure that the house was was kept free of virus for the entire week of open house. Her skill at marketing the property paid off in quite a few offers by the end of the week. After all offers were in she went through each and every one to find the best offer that would be likely to close. Her skill and experience resulted in picking the perfect buyer. Closing was smooth, fast and trouble free, and at a price higher than she originally estimated. That is not all. I was planning to move out of state.
