Heather is very knowledgable not only about local pricing and trends but also is very helpful in finding tradesman that are honest and hardworking. The "get the house ready to sell" phase from replacing some old woodwork and sinks to prepping a fantastic picture/drone video of the house prior to listing all led to a very quick and seem-less sale that provided no surprises for either us or our buyer.
